Giving takes Creativity
“The less limitations I have, the more creative I can get.”
Doris is a talented graphics designer at Givology. Doris finds her inspiration in everyday images, and works to transform a simple picture into a powerful message. Doris hopes her graphics would leave a powerful and lasting inspiration. Nevertheless, she follows the famous principle by Leonardo da Vinci: “Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication." For Doris, Giving takes creativity. Innovation is key to engage the viewer.
One of the greatest rewards Doris gets from volunteering is the ability to use her special talents and skills. In the process, she has also received the opportunity to find other talents and interests through Givology. She is happy to contribute to Givology’s cause, “Knowing that I've made an impact on someone is reward enough.”
Special messages from Doris:
TO OUR DONORS: Thank you! I know you've heard this countless times, but you are truly making a difference. It doesn't matter whether you've donated ten dollars or a thousand; every contribution matters. I hope you've read the letters that are sent to us by the students we support in other countries, and seen the pictures of the smiling children who now have access to clean water, education, and other resources. It is because of you that we can help them continue to thrive.
TO OUR PARTNERS: Giving is a team effort, and we appreciate your support, whether you helped us with our newest book or on other campaigns.
TO OUR VOLUNTEERS: I hope you've learned something from your experience. Use the time here to develop your talents and find new hobbies as well as make a difference. Don't be afraid to contribute your ideas and your work. Get creative!
