The subtype 1 insomnia is common in persons who are likely to be moody, and those that experience anxiety, worry, fear, anger, frustration or loneliness. This is a serious condition that affects an individual’s ability to fall asleep at night. This is a group of moderately distressed persons. They are not rewarded sensitive and are less distressed while they do not respond to positive events. Therefore, they do not experience pleasurable emotions derived from rewards.
[b]The Subtype 4 Insomnia[/b]
They are slightly distressed and have shown a high reactivity. Therefore, these experience low levels of constant distress and are very sensitive to stressful life events.
