Dear Givology’s uncle and aunties,

How are you?

Recently, has everything been running smoothly?

I am very happy to have received your letter. In the previous letter that I wrote to you, I always thought “Givology” was the name of a person, but now I know that it is an organization.

Here, I want to say “thank you” for all the support, help and trust that you have given me. Yes, uncles and aunties of Givology, let me reassure you that regardless of whatever obstacles and challenges that I would have to face, I will be strong in my conviction, and vigorously climb upwards. I believe that “there is nothing hard in the world if you are willing to clamber”.

Recently, father and mother have been home farming. (Father has a minor cold, mother said she occasionally has stomach pain). There have not been any extreme changes at home. I have a younger sister at home, she is well. (Grandfather, mother, father and sister are all well at home).

After the wash by years of time, the rock of time is becoming smaller and smaller. My life in school is substantial but ordinary. Every day, after studying, I work hard to collect poetry and do some appropriate exercises. During the weekend, sometimes I would go to the library to read some books, sometimes I would go with my classmates to climb the “Xiangshan(mountain) in Heilong Tan”, and sometimes I would stay in the dorm and do my homework (or do my homework in the classroom).

Ordinarily, Language and History are my favorite subjects. (Even though I feel that these two subjects aren’t that good, when I’m studying these two subjects, I feel that I am watching a vivid and interesting movie). At school, my relationships with my teachers and my classmates are pretty good. I really like my teachers and my classmates.

Time is like flowing water, after another year and a half, I will be faced with graduation. After graduation, I hope to do these things: I hope that I can find a part-time job, and try to experience the society. Simultaneously, I also hope that I can get accepted into a college of my dreams.

Lastly, I truly want to say “thank-you” to you again.

I sincerely wish that: you stay healthy, may all your wishes come true!
Most genuine regards,

Shanling Li
