Arnaud is a, 17 years old boy in 8th grade. He lost his mother when he was still a baby in 1997. He didn’t get a chance to know his mother. Since the death of his mother, his father got married and left. Arnaud is in charge of his uncle. At his spare time he enjoys playing soccer and reading. During the weekend he helps his uncle in the plantation of beans and maize where the uncle works at. His family is made up of his uncle (his guardian) one sister and two brothers. His uncle is a farmer but has been struggling financially since 2011, which make it very difficult to him to keep Arnaud in school. Arnaud hopes he can continue his education and become a policeman to serve his nation and help his family to get a better life.
