Camila is 11 years old and was born in Paz de Ariporo, Casanare, where she lives now. She lives with her mother, stepfather, grandfather and two sisters. Her father doesn't live with them, and her mother stays at home and works occasionally works as a maid for other families. One of Camila's sisters works as secretary and the other is studying at school. Her stepfather works as tractor driver, earning the minimum wage. Camila s mother is also in charge of taking care of her father, who is disabled. The whole family must pay a rent for the place where they live.
In her free time, Camila enjoys dancing Joropo, which is the cultural dance of her region; she also loves to skate and read. Despite the challenges, Camila aspires to become a lawyer or a doctor when she grows up, and help many people.

Hello, I greet you in the name of Christ. I want to tell you that winter is about to take place and Christmas, a time of sharing with our loved ones natillas, buñuelos, and many more traditional dishes, is about to arrive. Christmas is one of the most-anticipated months. It is really beautiful everywhere and houses and trees are decorated in a Christmas-fashion. I have been very well thanks to God. He assisted me in my worship, which has been very beautiful. What I like the most is the praise. I also have new friends in my elementary school that are also Christians. They want to do what I want to do, which is to communicate from God to worldly kids and offer them support. For me, I am very happy to meet people that have the same final goals as I do.
