The Importance of a Woman

In two minutes in a video on TED.com, Jacqueline Novogratz discusses the metaphorical symbol of an ugly blue sweater with zebras and our interconnectedness in the world. The video is her first lecture.

Interconnectedness?

Sounds like Givology. If Novogratz’s sweater went from Goodwill to Virginia to the back of the little boy she ran into on the street in Africa, then I can’t wait to see if the little girl I just donated to will reach her own goal and become a psychologist in ten years. Novogratz proposes a promising future and so does Givology.

Enjoy the video. =)
